About Me

I am Ge Yan (严格), currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. My research interests lie at the fascinating intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Quantum Computing. In particular, my work primarily focuses on the synergy of machine learning algorithms and Quantum Error Correction (QEC) to build fault-tolerant quantum systems.

Before joining NTU, I obtained my Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) in 2025, where I was fortunate to be advised by Prof. Junchi Yan. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor's degree from the ACM Honors Class at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2020.

🔥 Opening Positions

I currently work closely with Dr. Yuxuan Du, Assistant Professor at NTU. We are actively seeking highly motivated Postdoc colleagues, Ph.D. students, and interns who share a passion for AI + Quantum. If you are interested in joining us, please feel free to drop me or Dr. Du an email with your CV!
